Brass EDM Wire or electronic discharge machining Wire is very useful in today's industrial field. It's made by using high purity cathode copper cathode zinc. Then machined to (0.15mm ~ 0.33mm) in diameter. This Brass EDM Wire is high tensile strength and excellent straightness, suitable for automatic threading and fast cutting. This wire can be made of either hard or soft brass. Brass EDm Wire is high dimensional precision for both diameter & roundness tolerance limited to 1mm. Brass EDW Wire can be used for cutting very precisely with a continuously spooling blade.
